{"id":113874,"date":"2015-05-05T09:44:40","date_gmt":"2015-05-05T09:44:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/?p=113874"},"modified":"2015-05-05T09:48:17","modified_gmt":"2015-05-05T09:48:17","slug":"three-arrested-for-robbing-ama-busia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2015\/05\/three-arrested-for-robbing-ama-busia\/","title":{"rendered":"Three arrested for robbing Ama Busia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Three persons have been arrested by the police for stealing an unspecified amount of money from a former member of the council of state, Madam Ama Busia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The suspects are alleged to have stolen huge sums of monies in different currencies from Ama Busia\u2019s house at Abelemkpe on March 22 this year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Addressing the media, the Accra Regional Police Commander DCOP Christian Tetteh Yohuno stated the suspects will soon be placed before the court.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He said \u201cthe two suspects, Godsway and Bright in the company of the third accomplice, presently serving a 25 year term, called at the gate of the complainant\u00a0 who was then at church to come and work on the roofing\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/IMG_20150504_112327.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-113785\" src=\"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/IMG_20150504_112327.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_20150504_112327\" width=\"600\" height=\"439\" srcset=\"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/IMG_20150504_112327.jpg 451w, https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/IMG_20150504_112327-300x220.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cNot verifying the authenticity of that information, the house boy ignorantly opened the gate and allowed the three suspects into the house. Upon gaining access into the house, they threatened the occupants with knives and marched them to the room of the complainants where they made away with unspecified amount of money in different currencies.
