Bruce Jenner is being sued by the stepchildren of a woman killed in a car crash he was involved in.<\/p>\n
Authorities say the reality TV star’s Cadillac collided with Kim Howe’s Lexus in February, pushing it into oncoming traffic.
\nThe six-page lawsuit doesn’t give any new details, but seeks damages for “wrongful death”.<\/p>\n
No charges have been brought against the 65-year-old and he hasn’t commented.
\nDana Redmond and William Howe argue Bruce Jenner was “negligent” or “otherwise responsible” for the collision and claim the family has suffered enormous damages.<\/p>\n
Four cars were involved in the crash on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, Los Angeles.<\/p>\n
Five other people were injured. Bruce Jenner wasn’t hurt.<\/p>\n
An investigation into what happened is still going on.<\/p>\n
The lawsuit comes days after the 65-year-old said in a TV interview that he identifies as a woman and has felt gender confusion since childhood.<\/p>\n
A publicist has said he still prefers to be referred to with male pronouns.<\/p>\n
Bruce Jenner won the gold medal in the 1976 Olympic decathlon, but is better known for the reality show Keeping Up With the Kardashians.<\/p>\n
