The two barges are expected to supply the country with 450MW of power.<\/p>\n<p>The first\u00a0emergency power barge from Turkey was expected to be delivered by first the quarter of 2015.<\/p>\n<p>This deadline by government has however been missed after Karpowership Company limited, manufacturers of the power barge disclosed it will start power production in September.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking on the BBC World Service Radio, Yvonne Nelson said:\u00a0&#8220;The government actually promised they were sending power barges to help the situation. They told us it was coming last month [April] and today is 1st May. So it it pretty much full of lies.
