The Police administration says it has not abandoned investigations into the recruitment scam that hit the service in February this year.<\/p>\n
[contextly_sidebar id=”5vqPV0oXjXs5OKBzyNwE0eLba6JI93d4″]Over 100 men and women\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/a>turned up at various Police training schools in February for enlistment into the Ghana Police Service but it was later discovered that they had been duped by fraudsters.<\/p>\n Some officials of the Police Service were implicated in the scam including the Service\u2019s Director-General in-charge of Human Resource, COP Patrick Timbilla<\/strong><\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n COP Timbilla and the other indicted officers were subsequently interdicted<\/p>\n
