Former Member of Parliament (MP) for Bawku Central, Adamu Dramani Sakande has exclusively told Citi News,<\/strong> he will launch a comeback to reclaim the Bawku Central seat from the National Democratic Congress (NDC).<\/p>\n [contextly_sidebar id=”juyStVmvj6UVS59854jH8vdZW2pZikOC”]\u201cI can confirm, here and now that I am going to be a candidate for the next election; that is the primaries,\u201d he declared.<\/p>\n The seat is currently being occupied by the Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation, Mahama Ayariga.<\/p>\n Adamu Sakande\u2019s position as MP was short lived after he was jailed two years for false declaration of office, perjury and deceiving a public officer.<\/p>\n He was later granted a Presidential pardon due to ill health.<\/p>\n He told Citi News<\/strong>, he has fully recovered and is ready to work hard to win the seat back for the New Patriotic Party (NPP).<\/p>\n
