Don’t resist robbers – Effia Tenge<\/strong><\/p>\nASP Effia Tenge\u00a0further advised that \u201cin times of robbery we should not try not to resist our aggressors.\u201d<\/p>\n
This she said is \u201cbecause when they come to you, most of them are on drugs so they come there dazed and any attempts from you to resist them will end them taking your life.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cThey [armed robbers] have nothing to lose anyway, you have your family to protect so in all times once you are alive, you would always have your properties back.\u201d<\/p>\n
ASP Tenge said the Police are there to assist in retrieving your property back to you, but reiterated that \u00a0in such times armed robbery attacks should not be resisted.<\/p>\n
The\u00a0Ecobank Kumasi Abrepo Branch Manager, Samuel Boadi who was also shot in a similar circumstances, is also known to have resisted the robbers.<\/p>\n
She made the statement in relation to some murder cases that have been recorded in the country in recent times\u00a0some of which include the murder of hiplife artiste Kwaw Kese\u2019s manager, Fennec Okyere.<\/p>\n
