\u201cSometimes, you will hear it happened in India and you will hear news in Kenya, then you will hear news in Afghanistan. What happens is that, as these people pick up the news, it actually triggers something in their brain which says that it is acceptable,\u201d Dr. Gaisie explained.<\/p>\n
According to her, \u201cAs far as their brain is concerned, if it is happening somewhere, then what I want to do or what I have been doing is acceptable so I have to continue doing it and it gives them a positive affirmation that it\u2019s okay for them to behave that way. They then go out and do it so you will hear that it is a chain of events \u2013 It\u2019s happening here, it\u2019s happening there. Now we can go out and harm more.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cYou will hear that the pattern goes on and on and on but these people need treatment. They need to be corrected.\u201d<\/p>\n
