Hundreds of people have gathered at Winneba to pay their last respect to the late Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of the Effutu Municipal Assembly, Nii Ephraim who died in February.<\/p>\n
[contextly_sidebar id=”p7XdInVXLEryAgqN1cXPBfPVqS2sbhhR”]Nii Ephraim, aged 69, left behind a wife and five children. He served as MCE from 2009 to 2015.<\/p>\n
Dignitaries that attended the funeral included the Vice President, Paa Kwesi Amissah-Arthur, the Central Regional Minister, Thomas Acquinas Quansah and twenty District Chief Executives from the Central Region.<\/p>\n
In his tribute, the Vice President described the late MCE was a hardworking man and a loyal person.<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/p>\n According to him, Nii Ephraim hugely helped the National Democratic Congress (NDC) when they were in opposition.<\/p>\n
