Computer Warehouse Group (CWG) Ghana has rewarded Lydia Dugbakuor Akuaku, the 2013\/14 best graduating student of the Computer Science Department, University of Ghana, Legon.<\/p>\n
Ms. Akuaku, who graduated with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.51, beat over 50 students to win the coveted award.<\/p>\n
Country Manager of CWG Ghana, Harriet Yartey said the choice to support IT education annually is steeped in the company\u2019s belief in rewarding hardwork, endorsing intellectual development and upholding qualitative education across the locations where the company operates in Africa.<\/p>\n
This initiative is part of the company\u2019s corporate social responsibility (CSR) programme to promote excellence in academic pursuit and supporting technologically driven society.<\/p>\n

Mrs. Yartey added that education ultimately offers young people the best opportunity in life to realize their dreams and become the leaders of\u00a0tomorrow.<\/p>\n
In response, Ms. Akuaku expressed her gratitude to CWG and several others who have supported her to achieve this feat.<\/p>\n
