Many men want a good wife yet they don’t set up the right conditions for a wife to be her best. These are some simple ways to make her the best Queen:

1. “Marry her”
Don’t just take a woman and live with her in a come we stay union in the name of love. Marry her. Make her your wife. Women love better when they know where they stand and have security.

2. “Appreciate her effort”
She does a lot to keep the home well governed. Notice her efforts. Tell her thank you. Compliment her on how she does it so well.

3. “Help her out”
Don’t pile all the chores on her. Offer your help. Make the bed, clean up after yourself, cook with her, lift up the heavy stuff, do the shopping. Don’t even wait for her to ask you. The more help she will get, the more she will do for the family.

4. “Pamper her”
Sometimes insist that she does nothing but relax so that you serve her love. Make her a cup of tea, massage her, take her out on a date. Give her a chance to breathe.

5. “Attend to her emotional needs”
Listen to her, hear her out. Check if she’s OK, improve where she requests you to improve. A woman doesn’t nag in a vacuum. Her nagging is because her emotional needs are not being met. A loved up woman doesn’t nag.

6. “Make time for her”
Why should she live like a single woman yet she has a husband? Make time for her. No married woman should suffer in loneliness.

7. “Ask for her opinion”
Don’t make decisions without involving her. This makes her feel left out. You two are one.

8. “Participate in domestic matters”
A lot of husbands are missing in action in matters at home. They don’t show any interest yet they are the head. This is not how to lead your family.

9. “Meet her sexual needs”
When a woman is horny, she is really horny. Don’t let her go about her day in sexual frustration. Release her built up sexual tension. She will glow more.

10. “Understand when she is tired”
She is not a robot. She does get tired. When you see her exhausted, cuddle her, let her rest. She’ll feel much better with your care.

11. “Do parenthood with her”
Fatherhood is not just about paying bills and school fees. It is about taking care of your wife when pregnant, spending time with the children, playing with the kids, doing homework with the kids. This is what makes a married women enjoy having a family.

12. “Make her laugh”
Women want to be with a man that makes them happy and laugh. Let the house be full of laughter. Be fun, joke. She will enjoy waking up to be a wife.

13. “Be a problem solver”
Offer solutions. Make her feel safe you are around because with you around, you two can handle whatever issue.

14. “Call out her beauty”
Look at her with desiring eyes. Praise her boobs, butt, hips, thighs and nipples. Make her feel wanted. You get to see her naked, make her feel good about her vagina, stretch marks, body shape. Her body is all yours.

15. “Talk with her not at her”
Don’t talk down at her or order her around. Don’t look down on her. If you look down on her she will grow cold and defensive. You are in this together. Show her respect.

Russia will ban fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, milk and dairy imports from the United States, the European Union, Australia, Canada and Norway, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev told a government meeting on Thursday.

The decision follows a decree signed by President Vladimir Putin ordering the government to ban or limit food imports from countries that imposed sanctions on Moscow for its support of rebels in eastern Ukraine and the annexation of Crimea.

“There is nothing good in sanctions and it wasn’t an easy decision to take, but we had to do it,” Medvedev said.

The ban is valid from Aug. 7 and will last for one year, he said.

There has been a dramatic rise in reports of child abuse images posted to commonly used parts of the internet, according to a US watchdog.

They include photos posted to publicly-accessible parts of social networks.

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children received a record number of reports in the first week of July, four times the weekly average.

It comes in a week UK authorities arrested 660 people in connection with online child abuse.

That investigation was believed to have been targeted at those using the so-called “dark net” – parts of the internet that are hidden and can be hard to access without special software.

But the NCMEC stressed there was still a significant and growing challenge for law enforcement agencies to deal with material on the open internet as well as the harder-to-reach areas.

Tip-offs

In the US, all electronic communications providers (ECPs) have had to report any instance of child abuse on their networks to the Cyber Tipline provided by the NCMEC since 1998.

Since many of the world’s most popular communications sites, such as Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest, are based in the US, the NCMEC works with authorities around the world to follow up leads provided by tips.

The UK is among the 62 countries working closely with the NCMEC.

In the week from beginning 29 June and ending July 5, 92,800 reports were made to the Cyber Tipline.

Of those, the vast majority – 91,334 – came from internet firms, with the remainder being tip-offs from members of the public.

On average, the NCMEC receives around 15,000 reports per week.

John Shehan, executive director of the NCMEC Exploited Children Division, said the large numbers early in July may prove to be an anomaly.

Fingerprint on keyboard
The fight against child abuse is a global, coordinated effort

But he stressed the growing concern with social networks.

“You wouldn’t think someone would do it on Pinterest or LinkedIn,” Mr Shehan said.

“But any type of platform that allows people to post images for videos – they get used for the wrong reasons.”

Extremely rare

While most would assume social networks are an unlikely place for illegal material to be shared – by people who would presumably want to hide any trace of their identity – Mr Shehan said several theories had emerged.

“When you look at the types of offenders who have a sexual interest in children, there is a wide spectrum as far as their internet knowledge, and their backgrounds with being able to anonymise and hide their identities online.

“If you look at where the content is being uploaded from – sometimes we see that it goes back to third-world countries.

“Some of these are just starting to get high-speed internet access, and they may not be as sophisticated as some countries in using different anonymisers.”

American officials have ordered some overseas airports with direct flights to the US to intensify screening of electronic devices.

Transport officials said in a statement passengers could be asked to switch on devices, and equipment that does not power up would not be allowed on board.

An official told the BBC that London’s Heathrow was among the airports.

The US announced new security measures last week, apparently in response to a terror threat, but gave no details.

Analysts say the changes appear to be in response to intelligence that Islamic militants in Syria and Yemen are developing bombs that could evade airport security.

American officials said earlier that there was a “credible” threat, but did not link the security changes to any specific intelligence.

Phones singled out

The US does not directly control security at overseas airports.

But airlines and airports are obliged to meet security standards set by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) in order to carry on operating non-stop flights.

The TSA’s statement for the first time gave details of enhanced screening of electronic equipment.

“During the security examination, officers may also ask that owners power up some devices, including cell phones,” it said.

“Powerless devices will not be permitted on board the aircraft. The traveller may also undergo additional screening.”

Reuters news agency reported that officials had singled out mobile phones made by Apple and Samsung for extra checks.

The UK, France and Germany have all said they would comply with the American demands.

But it is still not clear how many airports will be affected, or if passengers will be delayed.

Sites like Google and Bing Maps will be able to use higher-quality satellite images, thanks to US government restrictions being lifted.

Companies had not been allowed to make use of images where features smaller than 50cm were visible.

But one imaging firm, Digital Globe, said it would be able to sell images that showed features as small as 31cm.

One lawyer told the BBC he expected “repercussions” from people worried about their privacy.

Marc Dautlich, from Pinsent Masons, said there may be “national security considerations” to address as well.

Currently, some sensitive locations around the world are obscured or blurred on mapping websites.

The decision was made after Digital Globe applied to the US Department of Commerce asking for restrictions to be lifted.

‘Manholes and mailboxes’

Digital Globe said new satellites would be launched to take advantage of the ruling.

The company’s Worldview-3 satellite is due to launch in August and will be able to show “key features such as manholes and mailboxes”.

“In the past, collecting sub-50cm resolution required chartering and flying aircraft,” the company said.

“This is expensive, time-consuming, and can be limited by denied airspace or dangerous conditions.”

Jeffrey Tarr, Digital Globe’s chief executive, said: “We are very pleased and appreciative that the US Department of Commerce has made this forward-leaning change to our nation’s policy that will fuel innovation, create new high-tech jobs, and advance the nation’s commanding lead in this strategically important industry.

“Our customers will immediately realise the benefits of this updated regulation, as for the first time, we will be able to make our very best imagery available to the commercial market.”

As well as for general public use, the higher-quality images can have other uses, the company said, such as aiding agriculture efforts and disaster relief.

Google recently announced it was planning to purchase an alternative satellite imaging company, Skybox, for $500m (£295m). The company currently has one satellite in orbit – SkySat-1 – but hopes to eventually launch a total of 24.

The satellites may also be used to provide internet access to currently unconnected or restricted parts of the world.

A pair of US twin sisters who were were born holding hands were breathing on their own after being removed from a ventilator, their mother has said.

Jillian and Jenna Thistlewaite shared an amniotic sac and placenta, a rare condition known as monoamniotic birth.

“They’re already best friends,” said their mother, Sarah Thistlethwaite.

They were born on Friday in the US state of Ohio, grasping each other’s hands when doctors lifted them up for their parents to see after delivery.

Monoamniotic birth occurs in only one in 10,000 pregnancies.

Ms Thistlewaite, 32, was on bed rest and monitoring for weeks at Akron General Medical Center in Akron, as monoamniotic twins are at risk from becoming entangled in each other’s umbilical cords.

She told the Akron Beacon Journal newspaper that holding her children was “the best Mother’s Day present ever”.

“I can’t believe they were holding hands,” she said. “That’s amazing.”
