]]> Lobbying for the portfolio of Northern Regional Deputy Minister has intensified with several names popping up.

This follows the nomination of Salifu Saeed as Northern Regional Minister designate.

[contextly_sidebar id=”iPfiYwOWlKrICQgvGkofCyB27WbUbZnD”]The Member of Parliament for Bunkprugu, Hon. Solomon Boa, is among names circulating within the corridors of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the region.

He appears to enjoy the overwhelming endorsement of the Northern Region constituency Chairmen caucus.

The caucus is convinced Hon. Solomon Boa is better placed for the Deputy Regional Minister portfolio.

The caucus Spokesperson, Imoro Issahaku Jamal, told Citi News that the Bunkprugu Legislator’s pairing with Salifu Saeed,will be a perfect combination.

He cited Hon. Solomon’s humility and knowledge of the dynamics of grassroots politics to buttress the caucus’ standpoint.

Serving his second term, Hon. Solomon Boa retained the Bunkprugu seat at the 2016 Parliamentary election.
