“You start a business because there is a provable need for what you have on offer. Don’t find customers for your products. Instead, find products for your customers. How far a business will go, depends to a large extent on the amount of preparation to analyse the competition and the makeup of the constituents of the market. That analysis can help determine where to pitch one’s efforts.”

“We must strategically position our product(s) after asking ourselves, Will people pay for it? Do I have the resources and skills? The need for preparation, positioning, discipline and order cannot not be overemphasized. These will yield multiplication,” he added.
