{"id":99956,"date":"2015-03-16T21:13:22","date_gmt":"2015-03-16T21:13:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/?p=99956"},"modified":"2015-03-16T21:13:22","modified_gmt":"2015-03-16T21:13:22","slug":"ali-gabass-case-doctor-presents-medical-report-on-alleged-victim","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/?p=99956","title":{"rendered":"Doctor presents medical report on Gabass&#8217; alleged victim \u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Doctor, Dr. Nii Armah Adu-Aryee, who diagnosed <span style=\"color: #666699;\"><a style=\"color: #666699;\" href=\"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/2014\/10\/24\/doctor-remanded-for-sodomy\/#sthash.aP0btzjk.dpbs\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Ali Gabass&#8217;<\/strong><\/a><\/span>\u00a0alleged sodomized victim\u00a0has testified before the gender based violence Court in Accra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He told the court which was held in camera that the \u00a0alleged victim had tested\u00a0HIV positive.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dr. Adu Aryee was the fourth prosecution witness to be heard in the matter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dr. Aryee has been in charge of the victim since the referral of the case to the Korle Bu teaching hospital.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He is said to have concluded his evidence in Chief and is expected back in court on Friday March 20, for a cross examination.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Doctor briefed the court on the medical report of the victim.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Takoradi Based medical Doctor, Dr. Sulley Ali Gabass was arraigned\u00a0 before the circuit court last year over charges of\u00a0 defilement and unnatural canal knowledge of an under aged boy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dr. \u00a0Gabass is alleged to have had\u00a0<span style=\"color: #666699;\"><a style=\"color: #666699;\" href=\"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/2014\/11\/27\/lawyers-of-ali-gabass-interrogate-victim\/#sthash.Z67lZWAo.dpbs\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>anal sex with victim<\/strong><\/a><\/span> on five different occasion.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The victim reportedly met Ali Gabass on Facebook after they chatted online and communicated on phone for a while.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The suspect subsequently arranged and met the victim at the Kasoa Market area last year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kojo Agyeman\/citifmonline.com\/Ghan<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Doctor, Dr. Nii Armah Adu-Aryee, who diagnosed Ali Gabass&#8217;\u00a0alleged sodomized victim\u00a0has testified before the gender based violence Court in Accra.
