<\/a>The female student whose identity is unknown \u00a0is alleged to have been ordered by a male teacher to\u00a0strip naked\u00a0in front of her colleagues because the attire she was wearing was inappropriate.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Narrating the incident to Citi News<\/strong>, the News Editor of Yagbon radio in Bole in the Northern Region, Richard Forgor said\u00a0“at around 9pm last night, while the students were at prep, the teacher observed that a female student was inappropriately dressed so the teacher asked her to remove her dress…”<\/p>\n He said the student, after receiving such an instruction, stripped naked in the presence of her other colleagues.<\/p>\n Forgor said the students who were angered by the instruction protested and vandalised properties in the school.<\/p>\n “The students protested after the teacher gave the directive and when the students were protesting one of the headmasters slapped a male student, resulting in a\u00a0 riot.The students \u00a0destroyed the school bus.”<\/p>\n “They also went to their computer laboratory \u00a0and made away with about three computers.The students also made away with about 100 mattresses,” he explained.<\/p>\n He revealed that over 30 students have been arrested in connection with the incident, adding that the\u00a0school has also closed down.<\/p>\n Meanwhile Police in the area have stated that calm has returned to the school.<\/p>\n Speaking on Eyewitness News<\/strong>, Sawla-Tuna Kalba Divisional Police Commander, ASP Francis Numado said “all the arrested students have been granted bail”<\/p>\n The incident follows a\u00a0riot<\/strong><\/span> at the St Paul Senior High School in the Volta Region.<\/p>\n –<\/p>\n By: Marian Efe Ansah\/Pearl Akanya Ofori\/citifmonmline.com\/Ghana<\/a><\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n
