President John Dramani Mahama during a meeting with the Ghanaian community in Germany said he takes responsibility<\/strong><\/a><\/span> for the worsening energy crisis Ghana saying, \u201cI accept the responsibility for it and I will work to resolve it.\u201d<\/p>\n According to Casely Hayford, though he believes that the president is not to blame<\/strong><\/a><\/span> for the power crisis, \u00a0Mahama\u2019s \u00a0comments indicate that his policies and plans being implemented to solve the problem have failed and must\u00a0 therefore step down.<\/p>\n \u201cWhen I said Mahama is not to be blame he says he is responsible, I don\u2019t have a problem with him accepting responsibility, but if he is accepting responsibility then he has to resign because it has failed.
