They are alleging that she was sprinkling kerosene in the market, with the intention of burning it down,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>He also stated that she exhibited signs of mental instability.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have started <span class=\"GINGER_SOFTWARE_mark\" id=\"b92c17a6-f4c6-4d8a-b282-00a8a40cf7ca\">investigations but<\/span> she was not cooperating, she appears to be mentally challenged.
