In news to make your heart melt a bit (or motivate you to go for a jog), a man has proposed to his girlfriend in a seriously adorable way: via running maps.<\/p>\n

Ben Chudley, 28, chose a slightly unusual method of proposing to his girlfriend, skipping the classic tux, roses, and a romantic dinner in favour of a fifteen mile run. Casual. Ben told his girlfriend, Olivia, that he was popping out for a run. He then turned on his GPS tracking, and charted a careful route to spell out four special words. (Will, you, marry, and me, obvs.)<\/p>\n

He then posted the maps to Facebook and tagged Olivia, which was pretty risky, embarrassment-wise, before returning to the house with flowers and a ring. Ignoring the lack of a question mark (dude, run a couple more kilometres for the sake of good grammar), Olivia said yes, and everyone aww-ed.<\/p>\n

The method wasn’t completely random, as Ben has a bit of a history with running maps\/drawing things with GPS. He’s previously created a dinosaur, the word ‘love’ on Valentine’s Day, and probably quite a few dick drawings (we assume, because how could you not). He therefore described <\/a>the proposal as “very me.”<\/p>\n
