{"id":77279,"date":"2014-12-25T16:17:17","date_gmt":"2014-12-25T16:17:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/?p=77279"},"modified":"2014-12-25T16:32:11","modified_gmt":"2014-12-25T16:32:11","slug":"tema-motorway-accident-two-confirmed-dead","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/?p=77279","title":{"rendered":"Tema Motorway accident: Two confirmed dead"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Two people have been confirmed dead in the <span style=\"color: #666699;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #666699;\"><a style=\"color: #666699;\" href=\"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/2014\/12\/25\/tema-motorway-accident-5-feared-dead\/\" target=\"_blank\">accident on the Tema Motorwa<\/a>y<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>on Christmas day.<\/p>\n<p>The accident which,\u00a0according to the police, occurred\u00a0at around 8: 30 on Thursday morning claimed the lives of the two and left 13 others in critical condition.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to <strong>Citi News<\/strong>, the Commander of the Ashaiman Motor Traffic and Transport Unit (MTTU) of the Ghana Police, DSP Kwame Afari, confirmed the deaths and spoke on the condition of the others.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-77282\" src=\"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/IMG-20141225-WA0009.jpg\" alt=\"IMG-20141225-WA0009\" width=\"533\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/IMG-20141225-WA0009.jpg 533w, https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/IMG-20141225-WA0009-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 533px) 100vw, 533px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>[contextly_sidebar id=&#8221;EAiPSlStu7yb7C1odb0uKXmhWITtCA7R&#8221;]\u201cI can confirm that there was an accident on the motorway close to the abattoir around 8:30am on Thursday.
