As part of its Social Media Campaign, TEDx has launched its hash tag as \u2018#ACCRA2015\u2019 for its TEDxAccra 2015 event.<\/p>\n
Speaking to the Communication Team of TEDxAccra who are feverishly preparing for next year\u2019s event, the curator, Leslie Emmanuel Addae said, the hash tag \u2018#Accra 2015\u2019 would provide an access for Ghanaians to take a picture of themselves with a paper boldly written #ACCRA2015 and post it on their social Media page and tag it TEDxAccra2015.<\/p>\n
TEDxAccra is for thinkers, doers and dreamers of Accra to meet and share ideas. An action-packed event that would run from 7am to 7pm, TEDxAccra is meant for people who want to hear new ideas \u2014 then create ripple effects of action.<\/p>\n
Leslie Addae added that\u00a0heritage was very powerful in Ghana as was culture and as\u00a0 the nation embarked on the Ghana2020 plan it would require a global movement of progressive minded change agents.<\/p>\n
He therefore urged Ghanaians \u00a0to take note of hash tag and use it.<\/p>\n
TEDxAccra 2015 is expected to be the biggest TEDx event in Ghana.<\/p>\n
TEDxAccra 2015 dubbed the \u201cThe Next Chapter\u201d which would take place at the National Theatre on 11th April, 2015;\u00a0 is set to thrill audience.<\/p>\n
With 2014 event focusing on Informing, Empowering and Educating, where speakers informed, empowered and educated audience on their ideas, the next chapter of Ghana\u2019s success story must now be told.<\/p>\n
