{"id":657,"date":"2014-02-17T18:59:37","date_gmt":"2014-02-17T18:59:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/citi.hatuasolutions.com\/?p=657"},"modified":"2014-02-17T18:59:37","modified_gmt":"2014-02-17T18:59:37","slug":"i-will-sue-gen-mosquito-and-ndc-josiah-aryeh-cries","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/?p=657","title":{"rendered":"I will sue Gen Mosquito and NDC \u2013 Josiah Aryeh cries"},"content":{"rendered":"<figure id=\"attachment_660\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-660\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"http:\/\/citi.hatuasolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/josiah-Ayeh.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-660\" alt=\"Dr. Josiah Aryeh\" src=\"http:\/\/citi.hatuasolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/josiah-Ayeh-300x191.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"191\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-660\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Dr. Josiah Aryeh<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Former General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Dr. Josiah Aryeh says he will sue the NDC and its present General Secretary, Johnson Asiedu Nketia for <span class=\"GINGER_SOFTWARE_mark\" id=\"8f2f511a-cae8-4da1-9025-592dd74d0b6b\">defamatory<\/span> of character.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf <span class=\"GINGER_SOFTWARE_mark\" id=\"53d9b98a-8f0a-4995-acdf-9387b6cd7168\">Asiedu<\/span> <span class=\"GINGER_SOFTWARE_mark\" id=\"25d77ef5-ac03-4bdb-ae0c-a1c2fcb2a37b\">Nketia<\/span> had the nerve to make an allegation against somebody, I dare him to want to prove it, not just him but the party (NDC) he represents too; I am going to sue them [NDC and <span class=\"GINGER_SOFTWARE_mark\" id=\"ae211347-1751-473d-8726-0aa7a6b3c942\">Gen<\/span> Mosquito] both for defamation of character.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to Dr Aryeh, when you allege, you prove. \u201cWhat I can do as a private citizen when my character has been maligned is to go to court.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf I don\u2019t take that man to court, that wouldn\u2019t be me, latest next Friday you will see that I have issued summons against him and the NDC as well,\u201d he stated on Joy FM.<\/p>\n<p>But Mr. Johnson Asiedu Nketia challenged him to go to court. \u201cI am waiting to meet him in court; let him meet me in court&#8230;\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Aryeh who is now a leading member of breakaway party, National Democratic Party (NDP), criticized and described some members of government as sharing and distributing the nation\u2019s resources.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking at NDP\u2019s regional delegate\u2019s congress held in Kumasi last Saturday, Dr. <span class=\"GINGER_SOFTWARE_mark\" id=\"d341daba-54a9-42f4-a855-c1cd66a764b4\">Aryeh<\/span> indicated that some persons in the current NDC government \u201care a gang of thieves.
