Every situation demands a particular style of leadership. We are offering that leadership. Me and my executives,\u201d he stressed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">He said this was only possible because of his leadership style and the services he continues to render to the party.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The NDC will soon go to the polls to vote for national executives who will be hoping to steer the affairs of the party to another electoral victory in 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dr. Kwabena Adjei is facing stiff opposition from <a href=\"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/2014\/07\/23\/i-will-be-a-unifier-for-ndc-portuphy\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #666699;\"><strong>Kofi Portuphy<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, National Coordinator of the National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO), Alhaji Hudu Yahaya, a former General Secretary of NDC and <a href=\"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/2014\/08\/10\/ndc-has-lost-touch-with-grassroots-dan-abodapki\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #666699;\"><strong>Dan Kwasi Abodakpi<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, former ambassador to Malaysia and former Member of Parliament for Keta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">While urging delegates to vote for him massively in order to retain his position, Dr Adjei assured, he would continue to give the insightful leadership if given the chance the third time.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLeadership succeeds as a collective, it fails as a collective.
