{"id":53377,"date":"2014-10-04T07:45:05","date_gmt":"2014-10-04T07:45:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/?p=53377"},"modified":"2014-10-03T17:37:27","modified_gmt":"2014-10-03T17:37:27","slug":"woman-grows-potato-in-vagina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/?p=53377","title":{"rendered":"Woman grows potato in vagina"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>Shocked medical staff in a clinic in the central Colombian town of Honda have discovered a potato growing inside a patient\u2019s vagina, local media reported on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>The bizarre phenomenon was discovered when doctors attended a 22-year-old woman complaining of abdominal pains this week.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>The embarrassed young woman explained that she had been advised by her mother to insert a potato into her vagina as a means of avoiding unwanted pregnancy<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy mom told me that if I didn\u2019t want to get pregnant, I should put a potato up there, and I believed her.\u201d said the unnamed patient.<\/p>\n<p>After leaving the potato in place for around 2 weeks she began to experience intense pain in her lower abdomen.
