\u201cI think that statement has to be condemned\u2026 he is a senior member of the Association and I believe he should know better.\u201d<\/p>\n
He clarified that the NPP members consulted a lawyer who they were comfortable with and have confidence in.<\/p>\n
\u201cI was surprised hearing this from somebody like Godfred Dame Yeboah. I think this is wrong and I believe all decent people should also condemn this.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Court has set October 3 to rule on the case filed by the two members while an Accra Fast Track High Court has also dismissed a case filed by the former constituency chairman of the party, David Hozeame.<\/p>\n
David Hozeame was challenging the status of the National Council.<\/p>\n
