A man who farted in a police officer\u2019s face twice has been locked up for\u00a0breaching a community order.<\/p>\n
Malcolm Gill, from Longfield Avenue in Dalton, also admitted referring to the policeman as \u2018You black b*****d, you terrorist,\u2019 when he appeared in court in February.<\/p>\n
The 46-year-old reportedly span around and broke wind in the officer\u2019s face while at Huddersfield police station,\u00a0examiner.co.uk\u00a0reported.<\/p>\n
He was\u00a0called to the station in January while on bail for theft.<\/p>\n
Gill\u00a0received a 12-month community order as a result of the racially-aggravated harassment conviction but failed to adhere to the rules of the sentence.<\/p>\n
An arrest warrant was issued for him\u00a0when he didn\u2019t turn up to court after being accused of breaching the order.<\/p>\n
He was jailed for 18 weeks on Wednesday when\u00a0he was found guilty of failing to show up to appointments.<\/p>\n
