Dita Von Teese isn\u2019t the only star to debut a lingerie line this fall.<\/p>\n

To coincide with New York Fashion Week, pop princess Britney Spears launched \u201cThe Intimate Britney Spears,\u201d<\/a> her own collection of lacy bras, silky kimonos, seductive underwear and more.<\/p>\n

The runway show, which took place Tuesday at the New York Public Library,<\/a> was a grand spectacle of statuesque models wearing the tantalizing intimates.<\/p>\n

\u201cBritney Spears is offering millions of consumers and loyal fans the opportunity to get closer to her than ever before,\u201d states a release published on the line\u2019s official site.<\/a> \u201cIntroducing \u2018The Intimate Britney Spears\u2019 Collection,\u2019 inspired by romance and elegance of a time gone by combined with current trends in lingerie, night, swim, and sleepwear.\u201d<\/p>\n

The 32-year-old, who looked sexy herself in a low-cut coral jumpsuit, even admitted to Cosmopolitan<\/a> that she doesn\u2019t always feel so glamorous, which may have prompted her to take a plunge into the fashion world.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m a mom, so I\u2019m really busy cleaning up poop and all those kinds of things \u2014 from dogs and kids,\u201d said the mother of two. \u201cSo I think it\u2019s important for us women to make that special time for ourselves, to feel sexy and make an effort to light the candles and put on something really beautiful for ourselves.\u201d<\/p>\n
