Over 2,000 residents of Osu Klottey in Accra are threatening to resist all attempts by the Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA) to evict them from their homes.<\/p>\n

A school in the area is also to be demolished during the exercise.<\/p>\n

The residents, most of whom are fishermen and artisans explained that they have no alternative place to lay their heads if forced out of the area.<\/p>\n
