{"id":47348,"date":"2014-09-14T12:00:42","date_gmt":"2014-09-14T12:00:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/?p=47348"},"modified":"2014-09-14T13:46:18","modified_gmt":"2014-09-14T13:46:18","slug":"ghana-investigates-latest-suspected-ebola-case","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/?p=47348","title":{"rendered":"Ghana investigates another suspected Ebola case"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ghana is currently investigating a suspected case of Ebola.<\/p>\n<p>This was confirmed by the Head of Disease Surveillance at the Ghana Health Service, Dr Badu Sakordie.<\/p>\n<p>The suspected Ebola patient, who is a Nigerian, sought medical attention at the Achimota hospital \u00a0in Accra on Sunday, after battling fever for a while.<\/p>\n<p>Ghana has so far, investigated 37 suspected Ebola cases<a href=\"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/2014\/08\/12\/37-suspected-ebola-cases-tested-negative-ghs\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><span style=\"color: #666699;\"> which all came out negative<\/span><\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>[contextly_sidebar id=&#8221;b8iAtutYty4mrMzaYAnILE968Wsmhglv&#8221;]Dr. Badu Sakordie said they are closely monitoring the current situation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are just getting it like you are doing so we are yet to follow up so I don\u2019t have too many details to come out.
