The Black Stars scrape a close encounter in Lome, thanks to a Christian Atsu decider late in the 2nd half.<\/p>\n

The win for Ghana gives some hope to the Black Stars in making it to the 2015 African Cup of nations in Morocco.<\/p>\n

The Cranes of Uganda held the Black Stars to a 1-1 drawn game at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi on Saturday.<\/p>\n
