{"id":45705,"date":"2014-09-08T11:07:11","date_gmt":"2014-09-08T11:07:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/?p=45705"},"modified":"2014-09-08T11:17:46","modified_gmt":"2014-09-08T11:17:46","slug":"nana-addo-begins-campaign-tour-today","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/?p=45705","title":{"rendered":"Nana Addo begins campaign tour today"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The New Patriotic Party (NPP\u2019s) flagbearer hopeful Nana Akufo-Addo will begin the second phase of his campaign today for votes ahead of the October 18 presidential primaries.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He will also embark on a 10-day tour of the country to thank delegates for their overwhelming endorsement at the party\u2019s Super Delegates Congress.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">His first destination will be in Wa, in the Upper West Region, before moving to the Upper East Region on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">[contextly_sidebar id=&#8221;J1e7jkzcwPcFMWN0gyxt4VcUFnJ96oHG&#8221;]He will also on Wednesday meet the delegates from the Northern Region in the regional capital, Tamale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nana Akufo-Addo received an <span style=\"color: #666699;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/2014\/08\/31\/npp-congress-how-delegates-voted\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #666699;\">overwhelming 81% votes<\/span><\/a> at<\/strong><\/span> the party\u2019s Super Delegates Congress to make it into the top five list.<\/p>\n<p>The congress was to prune the number of presidential aspirants from seven to five as stated in the party\u2019s constitution.
