Khloe Kardashian will be living in one of the most talked-about houses in Calabasas.<\/p>\n

On Thursday Us Weekly\u00a0reported the 29-year-old has snapped up Justin Bieber’s mansion, which is famous not only for being a notorious party pad, but also because it’s in the neighborhood where the Baby singer allegedly egged a home.<\/p>\n

It’s not difficult to figure out why the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star – who in January sold the Tarzana love nest she once shared with Lamar Odom – chose this area: her neighbor will be sister Kourtney.<\/p>\n

Bieber – who has been living in an Atlanta, Georgia rental – bought the 9,000 square foot Spanish style mansion that sits on 1.3 acres in 2012 for $6m. TMZ\u00a0has reported Khloe paid $7.2m for the dream property.<\/p>\n

The spread features a large kitchen with an island, a library, a home theater, a swimming pool with a hot tub and a guest house. There is also a graffitied skateboard ramp on the grounds, but that will most likely be removed.<\/p>\n

Before Bieber, Eddie Murphy’s ex-wife Nicole Murphy owned the property.<\/p>\n

The Mediterranean style mansion is located in a gated community called The Oaks and is 22 miles from Hollywood, but only five minutes from her mother Kris Jenner’s Hidden Hills home.<\/p>\n

Khloe and Lamar sold their love nest to Big Bang Theory’s Kaley Cuoco for $5.49m almost two months ago, and on Wednesday she was spotted moving her belongings in.<\/p>\n
