And I want to thank the rest of the people who helped me reach this level.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ronaldo and Messi have won the Ballon d\u2019Or between them every year since 2008.<\/p>\n<p>Tottenham\u2019s Harry Kane was the highest-ranked Englishman in 10th spot, while Chelsea\u2019s N\u2019Golo Kant\u00e9 finished eighth.
