Biya\u2019s bouffant is a beauty school master\u2019s thesis\u00a0in contradictions. Somehow her hair manages to be short\u00a0<em>and<\/em>\u00a0long,\u00a0rebellious\u00a0yet elegant, unruly but controlled.<\/p>\n<p>And whether she\u2019s visiting the pope or hanging out with Paris Hilton, the 43-year-old\u2019s signature style remains unfazed. Here we humbly submit\u00a0just a small sampling of the many coifs of Chantal. Washingtonians\u00a0should expect to see each and every one around town this week.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.
