Government officials\u00a0in Monrovia\u00a0say they are still investigating what happened.<\/p>\n<p>Liberia&#8217;s Ministry of Health and Social Welfare posted this picture of the building to its website and Facebook page:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/liberia1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-36484\" alt=\"liberia\" src=\"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/liberia1.jpg\" width=\"650\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/liberia1.jpg 650w, https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/liberia1-300x207.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>According to the World Health Organization, the Ebola virus has claimed the lives of more than 600 people in West Africa since the start of the outbreak in February. More than 120 of the deaths have been in Liberia. It is reportedly the largest outbreak in Ebola history.<\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday, it was reported that the leading Ebola doctor in Sierra Leone contracted the disease. The news of Dr.Sheik Umar Khan, who treated 100 Ebola patients, shocked many online and left many others discussing the virus&#8217; spread.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, there is no cure for the Ebola virus, which has a fatality rate of up to 90 per cent.
