Jamaica\u2019s Anneisha McClaughlin won the race with a time of 23.27 seconds<\/p>\n Jodie Williams won the heat in 23.42 seconds<\/p>\n Ghana\u2019s Mary Narteh finished 11th<\/sup> in the women\u2019s javelin with a throw of 48.23 metres.
