A grooming products firm has created a diamond-encrusted nail clipper to mark Prince George’s first birthday.<\/p>\n

Anyone wishing to buy the 18 carat gold device as a present for the third in line to the throne will need deep pockets as it is being retailed at an incredible \u00a31 MILLION.<\/p>\n

The clipper, believed to be the most expensive of its kind in the world. features 350 individual diamonds each valued at over \u00a32,000.<\/p>\n

The nail file – which is designed for children – features diamond dust instead of the usual emery abrasive.<\/p>\n

The company, Stylfile, was founded by Tom Pellereau, winner of ITV’s Apprentice programme in 2011 and is backed by the Lord Sugar himself.<\/p>\n

Craftsmen have spent nearly 10 weeks designing and developing the luxurious nail set to commemorate the birthday of the third in line to the throne.<\/p>\n

A less luxurious version of the nail set set f non-royals, the Nipper Clipper, is available at a bargain \u00a39.99.<\/p>\n

Pellereau said: “Royalty or not, cutting babies’ nails is a tricky task, that all parents need a solution to.<\/p>\n

“However, only the best will do for the third in line to the throne so we went back to the drawing board to transform the Nipper Clipper into a nail clipper that really is fit for Prince. \u00a0We hope that this will make nail cutting much less of a core!”<\/p>\n

Pellereau, who has a masters degree in Mechanical Engineering with Innovation and Design, was inspired by watching his sister file her nails “the old fashioned way.”<\/p>\n
