One of the highlight events of the Citi Business Festival\u2014The Innovation Summit comes off tomorrow at the Labadi Beach Hotel \u00a0at 6:30pm.<\/p>\n
The Innovation Summit is a conversation on how to create value for the business community through innovation.<\/p>\n
It will feature a panel of industry practices, discussing how to generate business successes through innovation.<\/p>\n
The theme for the 2017 edition is \u201cCreating Our Future\u201d.<\/p>\n
The Innovation Summit will also showcase some innovators in the market place, pitching their solutions to national challenges before policy makers.<\/p>\n
The event will be in two sessions with the first one,\u2014 Innovators \u00a0Pitch featuring short presentations by innovators\/inventors followed by comments from government officials on prospects for adaptation and scalability.<\/p>\n
Session two, which will be a panel of innovators, will be a moderated conversation on specific themes on innovation and business.<\/p>\n
This session will attempt to explain how to overcome some of the problems that innovations face, like scalability and profitability.<\/p>\n
The panel will also interrogate how to incorporate innovation within business models and create innovation-enhancing business models.<\/p>\n
