Day four of the National Science & Maths Quiz\u00a0saw Akwamuman SHS record the highest points total of the competition so far with 60 points.<\/p>\n

They comprehensively dispatched Aduman SHS and Business SHS on Thursday to make the round of 16 stage.<\/p>\n

Akwamuman SHS joins Keta SHTS with 58 points, and\u00a0 ST. Peter\u2019s SHS with 53 points as the highest scorers of the completion so far.<\/p>\n

Also progressing on Thursday to the next round after relatively tight contests were Zion College, Oguaa SHTS Holy Child School, Mawuli School and Armed Forces SHTS.<\/p>\n

The preliminary rounds will conclude on Saturday, June 10, 2017, and have been simultaneously taking place at the R.S Amegashie Auditorium at the University of Ghana Business School, and the New N Block at the University of Ghana, Legon.<\/p>\n

The NSMQ is sponsored by the Ghana Education Service through the Conference of Heads of Assisted Secondary Schools\u00a0(CHASS),\u00a0and is supported by Tigo, GOIL, Prudential Life Insurance, Accra College of Medicine and GCB Bank with Citi FM being a media partner.<\/p>\n
