Macron in his acceptance speech, to &#8220;fight the divisions that undermine France&#8221;, and effect the change the French people voted for,\u201d Akufo-Addo said.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_312668\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-312668\" style=\"width: 624px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-312668\" src=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/Emmanuel-Macron.jpg\" alt=\"Emmanuel Macron\" width=\"624\" height=\"351\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-312668\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Emmanuel Macron<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cI also congratulate outgoing French President, M. Fran\u00e7ois Hollande, for his dedicated service to the French people.
