They have been charged with conspiracy to assault, assaulting a public officer and causing unlawful damage.<\/p>\n<p>The angry Delta Force group stormed the premises of the Ashanti Regional Coordinating Council last Friday, demanding the removal of the Regional Security Coordinator.<\/p>\n<p>They destroyed some properties in a bloody attack, and forced the Security Coordinator out of his office. The Security Coordinator was however saved by the timely intervention of the police.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Delta-Force.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-304683\" src=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Delta-Force.jpg\" alt=\"delta-force\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>According to the group, they cannot work with the security coordinator, who they claim contributed nothing to the party&#8217;s victory.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0organizer\u00a0of the Delta Force, Kwadwo Fosu Bamba, subsequently\u00a0<span style=\"color: #666699;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #666699;\" href=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2017\/03\/27\/well-obey-you-delta-force-leader-begs-nana-addo\/\">apologized<\/a><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0to President Nana Akufo-Addo and members of the party for the assault on George Agyei.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are begging the President\u2026 we are waiting for anything the President will say. We are ready to obey our President.
