{"id":270232,"date":"2016-11-21T10:50:36","date_gmt":"2016-11-21T10:50:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/?p=270232"},"modified":"2016-11-21T10:50:36","modified_gmt":"2016-11-21T10:50:36","slug":"woman-sets-home-ablaze-with-husband-brother-in-law-inside","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/?p=270232","title":{"rendered":"Woman sets home ablaze with husband, brother-in-law inside"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Tema Regional Police Command has arrested a 38-year-old woman, Comfort Agblozo, who set her home ablaze in an alleged attempt to kill her husband, Lawrence Ayem and her brother-in-law, Benjamin Ayem at Ashaiman, Lebanon Zone two.<\/p>\n<p>The fire resulted in the death of Benjamin Ayem and left Lawrence Ayem in a coma.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/0022a4ce-5091-4269-bf63-fd8e2c445aec.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-270254\" src=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/0022a4ce-5091-4269-bf63-fd8e2c445aec.jpg\" alt=\"0022a4ce-5091-4269-bf63-fd8e2c445aec\" width=\"682\" height=\"440\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Public Relations Officer of the Tema Regional Police Command, ASP Juliana Obeng, narrated to <strong>Citi News<\/strong> that Comfort Agblozo last Thursday went to her husband\u2019s house and took her three children aged 4, 7 and 9 out of the room where her husband and her brother-in-law were sleeping.<\/p>\n<p>She proceeded to soak some clothes in kerosene and set them on fire in the room and locked the two men up in the house.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/af04da1f-e146-4038-97e2-f76c93c7a5c3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-270253\" src=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/af04da1f-e146-4038-97e2-f76c93c7a5c3.jpg\" alt=\"af04da1f-e146-4038-97e2-f76c93c7a5c3\" width=\"682\" height=\"477\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>ASP Obeng said as the fire raged, some neighbours noticed and managed to rescue the two after they had sustained severe burns.<\/p>\n<p>The neighbours rushed the two to the Tema General hospital.
