The People’s National Congress (PNC) launched its 2016 manifesto at the Bolgatanga Jubilee Park some three weeks to the general elections.<\/p>\n

In attendance were the PNC Presidential Candidate, Dr.Edward Mahama; Running Mate, Emmanuel Anyidoho; National Chairman, Bernard Mornah; General Secretary Atik Mohammed, and other party executives.<\/p>\n
