Ghana\u2019s maiden representative at the finals of this year\u2019s Mr World male contest, Nii Tackie Laryea, has returned home after taking part in the event.<\/p>\n
Laryea, who gave a good account of himself while in London for the world event, put up a convincing performance but eventually saw his dream of clinching the ultimate go to Danish Carpenter\/Model, Nicklas Pederson.<\/p>\n
Laryea, who had earlier on in the competition qualified as one of ten finalists in the Talent event, enjoyed a good final event, going all out to make his country proud.<\/p>\n
This was Ghana\u2019s first attempt at the world title, in which the local franchise holders (Exclusive Events Ghana), hope would inspire a yearn for subsequent editions.<\/p>\n
\u201cI am glad to have been chosen to represent Ghana. It was a lifetime learning experience,\u201d Laryea, who is a banking and finance student, said.<\/p>\n
Inna Maryam Patty, CEO, Exclusive Events, says, \u201cwe were looking forward to putting in a good fight; and yes we did. His effort was remarkably impressive. We are proud of him.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Mr World Ghana event she said, \u201chas come to stay. Subsequent editions would be worth looking forward to,\u201d she adds.<\/p>\n
Exclusive Events Ghana are also the organizers of the Miss Ghana event.<\/p>\n
