{"id":252231,"date":"2016-09-26T19:06:06","date_gmt":"2016-09-26T19:06:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/?p=252231"},"modified":"2016-09-26T19:06:06","modified_gmt":"2016-09-26T19:06:06","slug":"i-havent-endorsed-any-candidate-kwaw-kese","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/?p=252231","title":{"rendered":"I haven&#8217;t endorsed any candidate &#8211; Kwaw Kese"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>With the string of celebrity endorsements going round, Kwaw Kese has come out to rubbish reports that he declared his support for Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for the December elections.<\/p>\n<p>In a Facebook post, Kwaw Kese retorted, &#8220;I have never said that anywhere and don&#8217;t even take part in any voting&#8230; I don&#8217;t support and would never support any political party.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He also noted that, he was pursuing the option of suing &#8220;any blogger or media house reporting these lies.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/26548533-1665-462f-ba93-e0026e3263d5.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-252244\" src=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/26548533-1665-462f-ba93-e0026e3263d5-576x1024.jpg\" alt=\"26548533-1665-462f-ba93-e0026e3263d5\" width=\"576\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Kwaw Kese&#8217;s denial notwithstanding, the NPP already has\u00a0already received endorsements from the likes of Cwesi Oteng,\u00a0<span style=\"color: #666699;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #666699;\" href=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2016\/09\/22\/actor-agya-koo-others-endorse-nana-addo-photos\/\">Agya Koo<\/a>\u00a0<a style=\"color: #666699;\" href=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2016\/09\/08\/lucky-mensah-presents-npp-campaign-song-to-nana-addo\/\">Lucky Mensah<\/a><\/strong>,\u00a0<strong><a style=\"color: #666699;\" href=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2016\/05\/16\/ekiki-me-singer-wisa-endorses-nana-addo\/\">Wisa Greid<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, Dada KD, Kwabena Kwabena, Barima Sidney, Leo Mensah, Daddy Lumba and Nana Quame.<\/p>\n<p>Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale also <span style=\"color: #666699;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #666699;\" href=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2016\/09\/23\/im-here-to-entertain-not-endorse-political-parties-shatta-wale\/\">came out to rubbish<\/a><\/strong><\/span> similar reports\u00a0by saying he had no intentions of endorsing any political party and their candidate.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Shatta-wale-for-peace.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-251125\" src=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Shatta-wale-for-peace.png\" alt=\"shatta-wale-for-peace\" width=\"598\" height=\"570\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In a Facebook post, the dancehall artiste was explicit in his non-partisanship saying, \u201c\u2026I will not endorse any political party or its candidate but rather preach peace and entertain their gathering!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<\/p>\n<p>By: Delali Adogla-Bessa\/citifmonline.com\/Ghana<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With the string of celebrity endorsements going round, Kwaw Kese has come out to rubbish reports that he declared his support for Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for the December elections.
