It is an idea that is enshrined in the constitution.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to him, if the President has decided to roll out the free SHS policy, \u201cI don\u2019t think it is anything strange\u201d because it is wrong to \u201cappropriate a national policy as an individual policy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Monah noted that the policy is captured in the nation\u2019s constitution therefore, \u201cit should not be subjected to the kind of partisan politics that we are doing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He urged Ghanaians to see it as a policy which will benefit the whole nation and should create a sense of excitement.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>By: Efua Idan Osam\/citifmonline.com.Ghana<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The People\u2019s National Convention (PNC) says it supports the decision of President John Mahama and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to implement the free Senior High School (SHS) policy announced \u00a0on Tuesday.
