[contextly_sidebar id=”X4nhKFgg5707nJQceOpOFNZK0F6S04lD”]Muntari was indefinitely suspended from the national team after physically assaulting a management member during Ghana\u2019s chaotic World Cup campaign in Brazil.<\/p>\n

His apology was seen by many as a window to return to the national team but Israeli coach Avram Grant has decided to look beyond the veteran midfielder at least for the game against the Amavubi in September.<\/p>\n

There are still some who believe that Muntari will part of Ghana\u2019s team that will play at the AFCON in Gabon next January.<\/p>\n

Also out of the team is Juventus midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah who played for the defending champions in their win over the weekend.<\/p>\n

There is also a callback for Adam Kwarasey, while captain Asamoah Gyan is also in the squad despite struggling for game time at Shanghai SIPG.<\/p>\n
