{"id":233308,"date":"2016-07-22T06:33:15","date_gmt":"2016-07-22T06:33:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/?p=233308"},"modified":"2016-07-22T06:33:15","modified_gmt":"2016-07-22T06:33:15","slug":"hundreds-benefit-from-health-screening-at-art-center-in-accra","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/?p=233308","title":{"rendered":"Hundreds benefit from health screening at Art Center in Accra"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Men&#8217;s Ministry wing of the City Temple International Church in Accra, has organised a free health screening exercise for residents at the Center for National Culture in Accra (Art Center), and its environs as part of the men\u2019s ministry celebration.<\/p>\n<p>The exercise which took place at art center, attracted over five hundred people.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the health services included hepatitis B and C screening, blood group checks, weight and blood pressure checks, sugar level checks\u00a0among others.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-233309\" src=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/375e89ab-9e68-49ce-b460-2039298b05d3.jpg\" alt=\"screening\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Speaking to <strong>Citi News<\/strong>, the treasurer of the Accra chapter of City Temple International, Steven Pedandam said the exercise formed part of the church\u2019s quest to ensure a healthy society<\/p>\n<p>He added that the church has taken upon itself educate the public on issues related to good health and some health challenges.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-233311\" src=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/d1b025ca-f84d-46ab-90d3-0281cc2a4423.jpg\" alt=\"screening\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe want to help the society in any way we can to ensure a healthy society.
