Dimitri Payet has quashed speculation over his future by declaring he is\u00a0“100 per cent staying at West Ham”.<\/p>\n
The 29-year-old was a revelation in his debut Premier League season after joining the Hammers from Marseille in a \u00a310.7m deal in June 2015.<\/p>\n
He scored nine\u00a0goals to help his side finish 12th in the-flight\u00a0and\u00a0was nominated for the prestigious PFA Player of the Year prize.<\/p>\n
Having taken that fine form into Euro 2016, scoring three times during\u00a0France’s run to the final, Payet\u00a0has caught the attention of clubs across Europe.<\/p>\n
Barcelona and Real Madrid are two of the sides to have been linked with a swoop for the playmaker and there are fears among West Ham fans he could have his head turned.<\/p>\n
But Payet has now insisted he is going nowhere this summer and is excited by the prospect of playing for the east London club at the Olympic Stadium.<\/p>\n
Speaking to The Sun, he said:\u00a0\u201cI\u2019ve heard about all the interest and I\u2019m flattered. But I love West Ham. We had a fantastic season and I can\u2019t wait to play in the Olympic Stadium.<\/p>\n
