President John Dramani Mahama will today (Wednesday), hit the Northern Region with his nationwide \u201cAccounting to the people\u201d tour.<\/p>\n
He is expected to spend two days inaugurating completed projects as well as ongoing ones.<\/p>\n
These include the ultra modern Tamale Aboabo market and Lorry Park, phase two of the Tamale Teaching Hospital\u2019s upgrading and expansion project, the Yendi-Gushiegu stretch of the Eastern Corridor road, and a World Bank sponsored dormitory and administration project at the Tamale Dabokpa Secondary Technical Institute.<\/p>\n
President Mahama will pay a courtesy call on the overlord of Mamprugu traditional area who doubles as President of the Northern Regional House of Chiefs, the Naayiri Mahami Bohigu Sheriga.<\/p>\n
He will later address traditional rulers and queen mothers in Tamale.<\/p>\n
