Daniel Asiedu, the main\u00a0suspect on trial for the murder of the late Member of Parliament for the Abuakwa North Constituency, has denied conspiring with the second accused suspect, Vincent Booso, in carrying out the act.<\/p>\n
According to lawyer for the suspects, Augustine Obour, Daniel Asiedu told him that he had never met the second accused anywhere until the both of them were brought to court.<\/p>\n

Daniel Asiedu, who admitted to killing the MP albeit unintentionally, had reportedly named Vincent Bosso as his accomplice, according to the police.<\/p>\n
There had been pressure on him to name his accomplices as\u00a0he was believed to have committed the heinous act with the support of others, or on the instructions of persons who may have contracted him.<\/p>\n
Vincent Bosso was arraigned a fortnight ago and charged with conspiracy to commit murder, just as\u00a0Daniel Asiedu.<\/p>\n
Both men have been accused of killing the NPP MP\u00a0for Abuakwa North, Joseph Boakye Danquah-Adu, at his Shiashie residence\u00a0in Accra.<\/p>\n
The Bureau of National Investigations (BNI), was accused of concealing vital information obtained from Daniel Asiedu, a claim\u00a0it has since denied.<\/p>\n
