Cobbah for the motherly and mentoring roles she has played in Ghana and the world at large.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-212847 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Mothers-Day-72.jpg\" alt=\"Mothers Day-72\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The communication expert was honoured at an event organized by Citi FM to commemorate the annual Mother\u2019s Day celebration.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_212856\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-212856\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-212856\" src=\"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Mothers-Day-35.jpg\" alt=\"Tsatsu Tsikata and wife dancing\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-212856\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Tsatsu Tsikata and wife dancing<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Speaking after receiving the meritorious award, Esther Cobbah thanked Citi FM for the honours done award.<\/p>\n<p>She also used the opportunity to eulogize her mother saying who she described as her mentor and ascribed her successes to the principles her mum taught her.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2026My mother taught me how to make all these things. She helped me to read and write. She was my teacher and my mentor. \u00a0She would make sure that we were up by 5am on Saturdays to go to Secondi Methodist church to go and pray to learn about the source of our being.
